Four companies control 90% of the baby formula market. The national shortage is a direct result of corporate monopolies. I led a letter with over two dozen colleagues calling for an investigation into the consolidation of the baby formula market. You can read more here.

Cracking Down on Price Gouging at the Pump

It is unconscionable that Big Oil companies are making record profits at the expense of working families. These corporations who have actively committed price gouging need to be held accountable for profiteering. I was proud to vote for legislation to finally hold these corporations accountable and bring the costs at the pump down. You can read more here.

No one should ever be discriminated against because of the texture of their hair. This week, I hosted a “Coffee and Kulan” discussion on the importance of the CROWN Act and why we’re fighting to end hair discrimination once and for all.
